Registration Fees and Deadlines

Early registration is $350 paid by July 24, 2008

Student registration is $250 paid by July 24, 2008

Late registration for all is $400 starting July 25, 2008

Additional adult banquet tickets are $85 each

On-line fee payment by credit card can be made at the kicp-ecommerce

	INSTRUCTIONS: Please complete all required fields. After submitting the form you will receive electronic confirmation of the submission via e-mail within 24 hours.

	The Abstract submission deadline for talk sessions and poster sessions is June 1, 2008. Notification of talk/poster allocations will be given by June 15, 2008. If you plan to submit an abstract, please list a title and session now even if the abstract is not ready, to assist us with planning the schedule. If you are an invited speaker we still request that you register and submit the title and abstract of your talk using the form below.

	The early registration fee is due July 24, 2008. On-line fee payment by credit card can be made at the kicp-ecommerce. To make symposium registration and additional banquet payments by check, please use the "Payments by check Form".

The SDSS Collaboration is holding a collaboration meeting for members only on August 19, 2008 at the University of Chicago. The registration fee for this meeting is $30 and can be paid along with your symposium registration fee at the kicp-ecommerce.
